Gym Membership
A couple weeks ago, my P.T. said I was finally
getting strong enough to get a gym membership and
do the leg press and leg extention to continue
building muscle mass in my right leg. The rest of
my body was in need of some exercise as well...
sitting around all summer didn't help with the
waist-line! I searched around and decided to join
the YMCA. We have one right down the street, which
makes it very convenient. A Y a couple miles away
has a pool which I can use, too. I am excited
about putting my cap and goggles back on to swim!
I am also excited about building up my puney right
leg!
